Mr. Aniket Poddar's areas of specialization include Corporate Compliances, Legal and Statutory Compliances, Corporate Governance, RBI Regulations, FEMA Regulations, Intellectual Property Rights, Business Ethics, and more. Mr. Sougata Sengupta holds the position of Director on the board of JUFSPL. He is a qualified Company Secretary with over 25 years of diverse top management professional experience. His career spans corporate strategy, business development, M&A, investment banking, and the establishment of businesses across various industries. From general management to investment banking, to an independent hospitality brand, Mr. Sengupta has excelled in multiple roles. He is responsible for reviewing the internal control system and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

MR. RABINDRA NATH MISHRA

Mr Rabindra Nath Mishra is an accomplished professional endowed with over 37 years of glorious experience in financial sector covering all facets of banking business in a leading Public Sector Bank. After holding significant positions in India & Abroad, he retired as Deputy General Manager from Canara Bank. He brings with him wealth of expertise to his role as Director on the Board of Jeevan Utthan Financial Services Private Limited with special focus in the areas of SHG/ JLG/MSME segments. Adept in facilitating effective management strategies as well as ensuring due execution of corporate goals with precision by the team, his association will enable JUFSPL to scale greater heights in the days to come. His role will include, inter-alia, reviewing Internal Contral System and Organizational Policies.
