Man mesmerizes audience as he transforms punching bag exercise

Alan Kahn has some amazing skills on the speed bag. In just a matter of seconds he captures the attention of the entire gym as he turns an ordinary speed bag into what sounds like a drum beating. This doesn't look easy, but it sure looks cool.
