Vintage BACHE BROWN MASTEREEL Spinning Fishing Reel Model 4 BAIL

This listing is for a used/vintage Airex/BACHE BROWN MASTEREEL Model 4 spinning fishing reel that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.    I just tested this out and the bail opens just fine but it doesn't lock in the open position and it doesn't return at all when you crank the handle.   Selling this reel as-is, parts or repair only!! I just got back from a local estate action where the previous owner had a tackle shop.   I was told that everything is New Old Stock (NOS) and never used but this reel is used.
