The special Weeks features an artwork of Taro Okamoto, an artist who is known for the Taiyo no To, Tower of the Sun, from 1970. The tower is regarded as a symbol of the energy of all things generated through the past, present, and future, and also the center of life.The three faces on the tower: The Golden Mask, which shines at the top of the tower, the Face of the Sun in the center of the tower, and the Black Sun on the back. This Weeks book cover features all three faces lined up.The Weeks planner is designed for portability. It fits smartly in your bag or shirt pocket, etc.  The majority of the planner format is consisted with a weekly planner and notes. The left page is a weekly schedule, and the right page is a memo for the week. The light Tomoe River paper is used for Weeks series, which is resistant to bleeding and the paper itself was designed for planners. This weekly-edition Hobonichi Techo is a compact book that’s easy to carry everywhere. The book is slim and roughly the size of a long wallet, making it easy to fit into a bag or suit pocket. The main layout of the book consists of a weekly calendar on the left page and blank graph paper on the right page. Each weekly spread also contains the characteristic Hobonichi quote in English on the bottom of the page.
