France - 52.5% - The first certified Organic AOC rhum agricole from Martinique. Organic by Neisson is bottled at 52.5% ABV. Only part of the rhum production at Neisson is certified organic and is the result of years of preparation, testing and tasting.

For organic cultivation and production, the amount of work is on average more than 10x more intensive in the fields! But the effort is worth it to create a truly one-of-kind rum.

A treasure of aged Agricole, this edition of Vieux Par Neisson comes to us thanks to America's minister of rum himself, Ed Hamilton. It is a blend of rums aged from 3-9 years in ex-bourbon barrels, which were combined and then finished in Cognac casks for 6 months and bottled as single barrels from there (even though they were initially blends, it comes from a single cask of Cognac).
