Part of the Select Cask series from Indian whisky distillery Paul John, this unpeated expression has been finished in oloroso sherry casks to give a rich and fruity character to the Goan whisky. Bottled at a strength of 48% abv. The nose is rich in sherry notes, with dried peels, stewed fruits and walnuts. The palate brings juicy blackberries and dark chocolate with orange oil and spicy oak. The palate has lingering notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
