In this Calm Down Visual resource, you can set up your students and your class up for success around navigating big emotions like being overwhelmed, feeling frustrated, and generally being upset. We seek to support students with compassion, promote self-advocacy, and giving them space to communicate their needs.

All of our resources are neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based. We are focused on meeting students where they are and supporting their needs.
